Livearea WAS good in every way but after it got aquired by the dentsu it is one big scrap. If you are developer and you got to be on bench you will be called to totally different domains like digital marketing, random media role, any random role. No wonder if they ask you to become cab driver just bcz that position is open and you are on bench.

1. I would like to call out the MANAGEMENT director who just acts like a typical warden lady. There is 0% sensitivity from the management to each and every of their employees. 2. I have never seen such toxic work culture other than in LiveArea,Bangalore 3. HR's are the puppets of management 4. You will be made to work like hell but still you don't get any appraisals at all. If you are soo exceptional, then You might get 3-4% appraisal 5. More than everything, this company is not like an IT at all, 0 empathy towards the employees 6. They will be providing some accomodations to stay, but it's just a trap to attract the new hires to join them. Never ever fall for that trap if you have to save your career

Not a good company to work because they prioritize south indians also hardly some festivals are celebrated of North people, no holiday for even Holi !! Security team is worst they poke for no reason. Admin HR department Group up to Fire any employee !!

Management is clueless, autocratic. Language used by them is literally of road side. No road map, no vision, no work, no learnings. Policies are outright stupid and Group Creative Director is everything without knowing anything. Please do a favour, dont join this company at any cost.

Management policy. They deducted money from salaries of employees who had covid. They dont have any policy for anything. Language used by them is straight rude my way or highway approach. In the beginning, they try to behave in a polished way and shed crocodile tears. No work, No vision, no future. They keep fooling everyone from employees to clients. They talk big and do nothing at all.
