Exposure to other departments. Only good for GET and should leave within 2 years.

...re.. It is a LaLa company 1-2 person will take all decision for all departments. For Variable pay have to wait for 4-5 months and fight for it. You have to do all work like talk to operator, documentation in finance, call trailer driver, load the vehicle, go to security and collect parcels etc irrespective of your departments and position. All unproductive work. List will go onnnnn...

The only thing that I liked here was the timing of the salary. It comes on time every month. Other than this, nothing is there to be liked.

Dislikes

The work culture is toxic, nobody helps anybody. There is a lot of favouritism that goes in this company. Growth wise this company is pathetic. Their is no hierarchy here. If i have to point out what I disliked about this company , maybe I'll keep writing for hours but for now it is it.

...o benefits to employees, even not have proper space for sitting in workplace. 5. No grades for salary & position Sr. Engineer is earning 9 LPA. Another Sr. Engineer is earning 4.5 LPA. 6. You can only get genuine hike after resignation during retention. 7. Only good workplace for local employees. 8. Mental traumatic culture for employees. 9. Zero percent employee oriented.

Work pressure is minimal as maximum work and cad model, testing is done by HQ . Only simple changes are done here like making hoses,brackets.

Dislikes

No new learning for experienced person, Company basically run by GET's only Salary is very low Your skill will ruin here. No Dvp&R trials are done here. Each product is managed by each GET. Overall if have good offer from any other industry then please please don't come.
