Very poor management, they don't pay your salary on time and End Of Benifit Service. No commitment from the company and management.

...ou will get any proper response from management no one will take responsibility. Since last six month they didn't pay my End of Benefits Service and there is no proper response from their management including their CEO for my email communications.

Company is owned by single parson who has zero respect for his employees. He is so much self centered that he forgets to pay salary to his employees but remembers to withdraw all the money from company account for Business development and take it away. They do not have any HR policy. All the policies they have are for harassing employees. For last 2 years he has not paid End of Service benefits to any of the employees resigned or terminated. Absolutely unprofessional/slavery culture in the company. Only cursed people will join this company, thats my feeling. Unfortunately I was one of them and had to bare all till I finished all my sins.
