Yes salary is less..every where there is politics but i always mind my work. I have 1 yr bond with them. But its ok i feel it good for me 1yr secured job.

...achers don't even have a body language and the fights are like fish market ones. The principal don't even pay the salary when you left coz of all the humiliation faced by them. This school in kirti nagar should shut down asap.

I wanted to work in the school because of comfortable timing so that I can manage both the workplace and home. I was so happy when I got a job as a trainee teacher but after a few months, i was totally disappointed. Nothing to mention for like. The worst working place ever.

Very less salary and workload is the very high and very worst part is they will deduct one day salary If we are going late for 5-10 minutes. No Coffey/Tea for the teachers No other facilities, only work, work work. coworkers are good but sometimes they will do politics.

This is one of the best place to work,the company gives you full authority to take your decisions under a framework and also your achievements are acknowledged,as it's a small company it runs on EQ which for me is important.

Promotions and salary increament system can be better and organized.

It's beign a new experience to work with little millennium.. As a start of my career I have learnt several things under lm guide. Hope it continuous the same.

As it's covid the classes were online. Salary was not up too the expect. I feel the company should bare the network charges too.. Other than salary it's a good experience.
