They have a friendly environment at work. Everything is transparent and everyone is supportive. They arranged games once or twice a month for everyone to participate. I love little leap.

Talking about job security so there is not having any type of job security any time you were fired from your job just because of silly mistakes when they think that the man power is more than the work load they were fired you while comparing your ability to other staff just to balance the work load
