Overall we have great support from the management but more resources would help us perform even better.

A booming startup which is one of the pioneer in setting up the corporate culture in the north-east India. Inputs and decisions are made collectively. Fast-pace, adaptive environment. Working and learning from Entrepreneurs and fellow creative colleagues makes it worth it.

It's been almost 2years and the probably the first actual job I landed, got to learn a lot and from the grass root level, which is the best of working in a budding startup.

Sometimes the deadlines does get overwhelming, but then we can take it as a positive aspect.
