Nothing at all. There is nothing to like about Little Aryans Pre K.

The absence of policies, protocols, process, professionalism, accountability, leadership, communication, and work space collectively contribute to creating a highly unfavorable and challenging work environment, making it one of the worst places to work. The policies & protocols are not clear and well established. There are no guidelines on how to handle various situations ensuring consistency and fairness making employees feel uncertain about what is expected of them, leading to confusion and ambiguity regarding procedures, resulting in inconsistent decision making and employee frustration. The absence of clearly defined processes leaves employees struggling with tasks, forcing the employees encounter unnecessary delays and face difficulties in achieving their goals. There is lack of professionalism manifested in various ways such as unprofessional behavior, inappropriate language, disrespectful interactions & negative atmosphere for employees creating a toxic atmosphere hindering the productivity of the employees. Lack of accountability & leadership in so called CEO - Ms. Sapna Uppal & HR Head - Mr Shiv Bhaskar leading to disorganization, lack of direction and a sense of feeling adrift among the workforce. These 2 so called leaders along with all the so called center heads & center coordinators fail to take ownership of their actions and are unwilling to accept responsibility for their mistakes encouraging a culture of blame-shifting and decrease in overall team morale and productivity. There is no open and transparent communication leading to misunderstandings, conflicts & missed opportunities for collaboration and growth. The poor physical work environment leads to discomfort, health issues and reduction of productivity. These critical element are absent and inadequately addressed leaving the employees experience increased stress, burnout, & diminished sense of purpose in their work. The employees even trying to voice their concerns to management or HR is useless in this organization. *Do your research before you even plan to join this organization.
