Nothing, worst company ever. They deduct rs 5000 from the salary of a driver . The reason because he/she was suffering from fever and did not made up for a day. This company is disgusting for a day it's excessive amount tbh.

Same thing i would like to mention they deduct 5k rs for a single day because a fever suffering people won't be able to come

There is no fixed salary (if any asset damage with any reason without our involvement they debit our salary even tho if any our mistake involved in the situation

Lithium is the biggest electric transport organisation, that gives all Lithium people an opportunity to improve ourselves . It is a great option for a career.

There are good workers in the company, there are also enough own EV vehicles . But there is a shortage of clients. For that, the sales team should take the more business

There is no off for fastival, no government leaves , only office team and management taking leave for festivals and enjoying on Friday, but never invited operation team to any dinner or Friday for games , when I resign i didn't get any reward or any some words form this organisation , management is worst

As per my there is no place for hard workers . There is no job security & work satisfaction,we can learn things depends on our selves. There is no support from the higher management (Specially managers). Only one person has to maintain 3 to 4 clients & working hours also not maintained as per company SOP (Standard Operational Procedure). As per company norms we have to work for 9 hours only but they use the 12 to 13 hours which is not mentioned in HR policies officially.

Especially the not recognise the hard work of employees. They are recognise only inefficient employees,game players who plays dirty politics
