I'm working at Accenture bdc-9 there is 3 shift but I'm doing 12hrs duty a day and from last three months I'm working Saturday and Sunday but I didn't get any comp off please check one more thing when I join to company April I'm getting 19200 salary now for new freshers joining supervisor company is paying 20000 salary y our company is paying two types salary for their employees this

There is no off for fastival, no government leaves , only office team and management taking leave for festivals and enjoying on Friday, but never invited operation team to any dinner or Friday for games , when I resign i didn't get any reward or any some words form this organisation , management is worst

Nothing, worst company ever. They deduct rs 5000 from the salary of a driver . The reason because he/she was suffering from fever and did not made up for a day. This company is disgusting for a day it's excessive amount tbh.
