Lala company..management is very bad..they just know how to treat employees badly..project shuffling happens very fast..u will not be able to learn anything

There is no job security here and no Appraisal whether you perform well or not they always demotivate you each and every time. So, I decided last month don’t want to continue here

working environment is good and friendly, management are quite good tey always help to motivate their employees instead of pressuring them. It is a much better opportunity in electronics department.
