Lay-offs are common. There is no job security even if you are a good performer. And then they celebrate petty things such as "We are given one day leave". You are firing people every year because of your bad decisions. How do you expect employees to be happy because you have given one extra day off?

Salary Hike. They don't have salary bracket for different roles based on experience. It could be better if rather than % of increment, have fix bracket for the role and year.

The HR is best at Litera. They will never reply if they don’t wish to. Especially the sloth (HR Manager)

You cannot get a company worst than this. You also cannot at all get fake empathetic management at any other company. Worst and fake management. They do not want you to learn any new skill or will give you any new responsibilities. They just want to work you as per their direction and if anything goes wrong the management will never take the onus on themselves but will curse you. During appraisals they’ll talk about your achievements and learning in the year that since you have not fully participated in company’s growth, here is 2% increment. Also during appraisals, they will demonstrate on how they will be working on improving your work, skills and increase your visibility but this is a trap, because they will not at all work on that or let you work on that and again by end of the year, you get your 2%😂 And job security, its just wow. The management says we are here, dont worry. There is nothing happening to you and the very next day you get laid off (at least that happened with me)

No job security. They will fire you by giving any baseless excuses. If you have any concerns related to office, it won’t be considered for days and each will divert you to next person.
