Teaching is a calling. You give your best and the world recognises it. School Management needs a teacher who teaches well, trains the students to behave well and when there is a good balance between students, teacher and management , then its a win win situation for all. I love teaching and I am valued in the school just as I value the school and the children that I am appointed to teach. There will be politics everywhere. Just learn to keep ourselves above it. A very friendly atmosphere. With a principal who expects teachers to be classy. On the whole , its a good experience.
