Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Guest room is best & other all things are below average.

Dislikes

Less and Uneducated senior staff, the are abusing alot, even they abused there engineers also, every time blackmail with dailouge "Salary se kattega tumhare" I am an engineer here they don't treat me like a engineer, they force me to work 12-13 x 7days. They don't approve leaves easily, they do not let me sleep peacefully. And there senior staff are very uneducated and don't respect engineers, and paying 12k, they are paying very less salary and they don't give incriment timely you incriment will be max (500-1000). There facilities are wrost. My suggetion is stay at your home is better then join this "Theke-daar". This is not company. There work quality are wrost then their staff.
