I was just like a guest in this comoany as i was laidoff without any intimation in just one month.

... options:- Either you resign and serve notice period. Or you will be terminated. Prblm was with them and they threaten you that they will terminate you so that company does'nt need to pay you anything. Do not join this thirdclass company which do not provide you job security. No transperency in management.
