Frankly speaking I like nothing about lions Sight First Eye Hospital except the green evivironment and the cool temperature of Nairobi.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics in the hospital. The senior doctors there do t know surgery and don't allow outsiders to grow .There is no job security.Management does not stick to the premises it makes during recruitment.

Likes

Senior doctors in lions sight first hospital are better politicians than ophthalmologists.They don't want any Indian doctors to stay because Indian doctors are a threat to their existence. My advise to all is that you will regret your whole life if you join this hospital

Dislikes

Job security is zero. They won't give surgeries. Learning is zero. Intact you will forget whatever you know. Management is not trust worthy. They don't do what they commit.
