Health insurance is deducted from salary, no overtime pays, no IJP’s, increments are totally based on favouritism, no skills developments, zero employee care, work from home was against company policies.
...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
It's a pleasure to work with Lionbridge. Lionbridge development is mainly on their internal projects(products) and are related to language translation and localization. It is worlds largest localization and translation company. The higher management is extensively good. If you fall under a right team you will have lot of learning opportunity. It is common to have team politics in any organisation similarly here as well. But overall Lionbridge is a good company to work.
Compensation is bit low compare to other organisations.

1) Good work life balance.
2) Sometimes, reporting manager is understandable (Not all).
3) Home drop facility to night shift employees.
4) No work pressure.
5) Good atmosphere.
1) As usual, all employees are complaining about the salary. Very low.
2) If you are either South Indian or Muslim, you will get promotion soon.
3) Caste difference because my departments high management is south Indian & his brother in-law is India's VP. So, you can't complaint anything about because even my team lead is south Indian.
4) Worst HR facilities. They don't reply on time. They have zero professional behavior.
5) They don't have HR employee benefit website as well. If you want to quite, there is no formal website to submit resignation. You need to send email to your reporting managers & they will approve that after 1 month.
6) Official notice period is 2 months, but they don't approve your email until 1 month is left.
7) HR manager of India is MP (short form). She came from BCom background then moved to DTP team lead, basically designer lead. But obviously, she is South Indian, she was promoted to India Head. Just because her vocabulary is good, she is not entitled to be a HR Country Head.
8) Anyways, there are many employees who are stucked in comfort zone. YOU DON'T GET TRAPPED!
Work culture - No clarity or transparency on reporting pattern. Reporting manager and Reportee changes overnight without any intimation to both the parties.
Aminities - Basic amenities are poor.
