...a lots of politics , management doing itself lots of politics, worst experience. Got monthly salary in next to next month. If you are outsider and suppose to join the job in far from your home town do not join. Othervise you have to take loan against survive with your family due to very late salary system.

Third class company...they only want to earn money for themselves...no job security ...no management...desi culture

...o other Team Members. Nepotism is the write word to justify the company culture. salary not given on time. Older Employees always play politics with new team member.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

MD and few other from senior management are very good and provide space to learn, improve and grow.

Dislikes

Salary not on time, Management is not clear on their vision towards the company goals, mid - managers run the show as they feel right with no checks. Stakeholders do not know what statements they are making.
