Hi I'm Tamizh, I started my career at Lion Rubber Industries as a Sales Trainee, and it was a valuable learning experience. The company provided me with a solid foundation in sales, client handling, and industry-specific knowledge. As a fresher, I got hands-on exposure to real-world business scenarios, which helped me develop my communication and negotiation skills. The work environment was challenging yet rewarding, and I appreciated the guidance from Mr Sachin Sir and Ms. Girija nair mam. However, there were areas for improvement, such as work-life balance and structured training programs. Overall, it’s a good place for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the industry. Would recommend it for those starting their sales careers!

Good exposure to learn new things. Direct access to management. Day to day update on work. HOD helps to resolve queries. Company offers incentives for good achievements.

Pressure to finish the job on time so as to avoid shutdown in production plant.

I liked everything while working with this Company. The Company being medium scale Company the cash flow is limited. Hence, the inventories have to be at optimum level. Being a Purchase person reputed competitive and loyal suppliers to be developed for interrupted supplies. Purchase person has to be always on his toes to cater production requirements. Being a continuous process industry availability of maintenance spares is always crucial. Local suppliers to be developed for smooth running of the machines. Salaries are done on time this is a plus point. Another plus point is the Supplier payments are released prompt on due dates. So there are no follow-ups and disturbance by Suppliers. Suppliers are ready to supply at any point of time.

Dislikes

No dislike. Promotion policy was not applicable for me. But, overall promotion policy to be reviewed and formulated to motivate employees.

Likes

Nothing, they can fired you immediately without even listening to management as it worker driven company.

Dislikes

people in top management are without qualification and non technical. They want to do every work and interested in micro management without even having knowledge in that field.
