UNHYGENIC BATHROOM CONDITION.AREA IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR GIRLS.PROMISED SALARY NOT GIVEN.SALARY VERY LOW ACCORDING TO THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE.VERY MUCH BELOW LEVEL TREATMENT WITH THE EMPLOYEES,ALWAYS DEMOTIVATE EMPLOYEES TO LEAVE THE ORGANIZATION AS THERE IS NO WORK.BUILDING CONDITION IS DRASTIC.ENTER AREA IS VERY RISKY.HERE YOU HAVE TO COME AT YOUR OWN RISK. AFTER CERTAIN MONTHS IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE THE ORGANIZATION YOU ARE UNABLE TO LEAVE DUE TO MANAGEMENT CONFUSED DECISION.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
