Just hire employee to exploiting them. Take big projects without having money to pay salary on time. Salary delayed by 3 to 4 months and hold the salary for first 2 months. After leaving company properly serving notice period they don't do FAF and digest your hold salary for 2 months or four months whatever you left.

Only the salary is good as compair to other project ,

The team work is very bad , self made rule by the TL and other higher authorities , Head office team is not taking interest in any matter , ones you join the job , Random rules on the leaves and working days , Job security is zero, you can be fired from the job at any time with out any reason.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...rofessional work culture Hr Dept and Management least bothered about employes salary will not be paid in time need to beg the management for the salary The blame game between colleagues if anything goes wrong There is no on-job training for any employee If you are technically sound than your cooked up for other works too.
