Just hire employee to exploiting them. Take big projects without having money to pay salary on time. Salary delayed by 3 to 4 months and hold the salary for first 2 months. After leaving company properly serving notice period they don't do FAF and digest your hold salary for 2 months or four months whatever you left.

Only the salary is good as compair to other project ,

The team work is very bad , self made rule by the TL and other higher authorities , Head office team is not taking interest in any matter , ones you join the job , Random rules on the leaves and working days , Job security is zero, you can be fired from the job at any time with out any reason.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is delayed more than 3 months, Team leader is unresponsive, once you are into this company. For PPEs kit you have yo pay, no insurance done.

Team leader does not support the new comers, has its own gang and politics done by his member. Only shoe licker can survive. TL is not fit for PMC

Lion Engg Consultancy is exellent in all respect . It is a great company and one day this Company will become one of the top consultancy company in India . I am proud to be a part of this company .

Nothing to dislike. Everything is good but one point I want to say that is can salary slip be generated if possible ???
