Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Brand has lot of potential to grow so, if any one who is attached to the growth journey will surely enjoy being there .

Dislikes

Owners have no opinion of their own , but give all ears to people who are big time hurdle to company’s growth . One day they treat you like princess other day they want to get rid of you. They do not stand for their own decisions. Employees who actually sweat for them are thrown by putting allegations !!! Very sad !!’
