Great colleagues but bad leads and managers

Dislikes

...eels like working in a school with principals around. No work appreciation also. Even when you do overtime, they provide you no compensation. Salaries are way lower than the market standards. Very strict with timings, they will ask you reasons why you cannot come to the office or when you leave early like in school. They promise the hike every year, but they don't give it.
