I have been working here since last few years, work life balance is good, culture is good. teammates are good

Leadership treats you like a family as long as they need you, but once they think you are no more needed they dont hesitate to lay you off. and linkedin has a bad experience in ill treating the employees, and leadership doest back you up, have seen same thing happened to lot of existing employees. specially in some Bangalore office. so dont fall on soft words spoken by leadership
