Company culture was the best in tbe industry and that is why we used to join even a lower compensation but now The leadership in India has become the worst leadership.very sad to that the culture and work Life balance has become extreme bad.

I have been working here since last few years, work life balance is good, culture is good. teammates are good

Leadership treats you like a family as long as they need you, but once they think you are no more needed they dont hesitate to lay you off. and linkedin has a bad experience in ill treating the employees, and leadership doest back you up, have seen same thing happened to lot of existing employees. specially in some Bangalore office. so dont fall on soft words spoken by leadership

I have been given mobile, sim & laptop. Every quarter we get goodies. No login and logout for employees, flexible hours for work

Now the higher department is making bad decisions by introducing micro management and they have cost cut multiple things.
