...cided may to march 2020-21 financial year salary 20% deduction for cost cutting.One month business drop then company cutting LTA and one year paid leave have Stop,and one year salary deduction is very bad condition for employees.If next 2 month company get back turn over same then what step take by company,and also incentive cancel next year. That's why I'm filling bad.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
