Salary paid in full during pandemic. Nice cafeteria.

Dislikes

HOD is biased. Management is cringe when comes to taking leaves. Wfh not granted even in pandemic. Dirty politics Insulting people in front of team New joinees not trained properly Boss favours one team member over others. No uniformity in protocols applicable to team members Sick leaves also not granted easily. People or family members down with Covid, are not granted more leaves, instead boss thinks of getting replacement if leaves are more even during pandemic. Professionals not treated at par with other professionals. Lot of IT dependency, so even there is a discord created by seniors between IT team and The team ( internal politics) HOD passes nasty comments/double meaning comments on girls attire. Organization demoted associates to team members Senior manager insults team members and has history of removing people from organization, is rude, and does not train people. Work load is not shareable Laptops given do not function properly. Majority of websites related to work are blocked and not accessible. IT Infrastructure is poor. HOD is pure salesman only focuses on getting number of clients rather than focusing on load of existing employees and quality of work. The hod and sr manager tell people to resign if they do not find them comfortable to work with. Clients also criticise the services and product.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow The work pressure' is very high sometime I have to work 10 hours straight in a day as I have to all types of job sometime late into the night.
