Its the best place "only for Fresher" to learn basic knowledge of company environment.

Compensation is ok if you are a fresher. Growth is not there because of terrible favoritism and politics what i have seen during my 2 and half years of experience. The work pressure is very high although i enjoyed because i was there to learn . I have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day and there is no sunday for you and you are forced to work after office hours. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client and vendor, did my level best to help whole project management team along with sales but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals which i noticed in my 2nd year of appraisal. I don't regret for my past experience as i have gained what i need to. Seniors are supportive although they will never let you go up or disclose your best to management because whole LC under POLITICS and Favoritism. If you will ask me whether you need to join the company then my answer would be No even if you are fresher. They have some bonds NDA/NCA which is not really legal in INDIA and they includes a very nonsense point is that , you will not be able to join any company from same industry until 2 years after resignation. Hope above summary will help you to know about the company and work culture. Don't ruin your Career. At the end decision is yours.

... comparison to other Indian companies and startups. Working Environment is Good. Salary and appraisals are moderate as per industry standards. Career Growth is pre defined and slow.

Dislikes

The management is slow and indifferent at times to the employees' concerns. Travel time consumed is quite much if you are residing in regions other than Gurugram or south Delhi. Under the department of Project Management the work Life balance is comparatively less in comparison to other departments. Politics is very less in the company as the staff is mostly educated and young.

More of engaging team calls and having group discussions. Everyone in team gets to participate on given topics and learn from each of us. Managers are there to teach and guide every step of the work we do.

Work done by other departments to meet clients goal is like a challenge.

Beautiful work culture, everyone is supportive, flexible timings, food exposure to so many things, wonderful working experience! Ample of time to settle in my new role here. Seniors are very supportive as well as everyone else. Love working here!

Nothing at all. It's a must work place and all employees take care of each other. I strongly appreciate my mentor and my team lead for everything.
