Flexibility is good.

Dislikes

...ifference between non IT guy and IT developer but can see the difference in CTC. No big difference between analyst and manager/TL in term of team and work management but the difference in compensation. 3 month Notice period is not negotiable but work notice, project migration are like immediate action required that don't comes under company policy.

Excellent work culture, although not so fair enough pay but, decent appraisal which fairly balances that out. Managers are generally helpful in everything(atleast mine were) no doubts are unresolved.

Dislikes

No proper training provided not best suited for freshers though one can survive by being more inquisitive and egar towards learning different things. Higher management not really good in a way managing teams, uncertainty in which team or for which client you will be working, employee turnover high and over hiring is a problem which leads to employee siting ideal for 3 to 4 months soon after joining in some cases.

Good work environment, Home drop for female employees, Financial growth is good for fresher.

Dislikes

...so far, no inter department movement unless they require you in other client, extended working hours with no overtime pay, no on the job training for skills enhancement.

... compatition however however it will cost your mental and physical health after doing so much of work and without pay overtime.

Dislikes

Toxic work environment, micromanagement, overburdening the employees, employees has to give up their mental and physical health if you joins the company, higher management also don't care what is happening in ground level.

Likes

The work culture is amazing, with great people all around and excellent opportunities to work and grow.

Dislikes

...ructure can be better with more focus on current employees appraisal instead of hiring someone new on higher pay.
