The culture is polite and standardised. Have canteen and transportation facilities. A better place to learn about corporate management. Good place to start career for freshers especially in management.

Dislikes

Work pressure in peak season. Considerably low take home salary for freshers and probation period is 1 year.

The company is open to innovations (kaizens) and adopts latest technology. I would like to share the fact that I have more opportunities to improve my carrier and my colleagues comes from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

I have to work for 10 - 12 hours straight in a day as I have a critical time on new style loading.. I have received appreciations for that successful output but I don't like to work that much of time..
