Everything - Culture - Management Behavior - Every mistake counts and pay fine for it - No job security - Zero Skill Development training - Most of the staff are relative which so, you never get promoted in your life span - I have seen people working more than 15 years and still they work the same as they was working at the time of joining.

... to leave your office and your seat. Stick at your seat expect need of washroom. During covid intensively deducted a huge portion of salary, almost 45-50% salary deducted from office staff.
