... happy to work over here due to bad HR policies & Improper management practices.Salary scale is not up to the mark for freshers (0-5). The job profile is not so good as you expect. No scopes to learn. Above all, they are hiring MBA-person for pick up dirty garments from party places. Notice Period is 3 months from the date of resignation for on roll employees. No company will be waiting for 3 months to hire you where there is no bond only agreement is concerned in Lindstrom. So be careful before you are going for the interview or getting any call from this site.

There are no likings. Only top-level management team players can play over here. Rest of the employees are waiting to leave.

Lindstrom services are taking care of their employees, very happy work culture, respective environment. A lot of learned and given excellent work experience in this company.

There is a few disadvantage in the salary and career growth of those employees who performed and support to company in challenged time.

Lindstrom is a service provider which is unique in itself. I am having a great exposure to meet different people in Food & Pharma gaint leaders. I learned & sharpen my skills, working with great leaders. Flexibility to work from any where, great work culture.

...ase in the salary appraisal of existing employee which is very disappointing. compare the work load & hard work we do, we get very less salary which is not even enough to survive.

Odd office locations, working hours. One has to spent nearly 14 hours a day which include going to office and coming back. Very toxic culture, and seniors gives no respect to their subordinates. Worst company to work for

Culture is very Misleading. On face of it Top management shows empathy and talk about WE CARE but its worst than LALA company. It’s actually individual driven company and will hire and fire based on personal favours.
