No work life balance at all. You can be called anytime for any work. For small on site plants, you have to stay nearby the plant, and company will not even provide transportation . You cannot go home without managers permission. No concept of time. You have to be available always for the plant. Basically you dedicate yourself to linde.

The company is a open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology. Our team is motivated, target oriented with a proper business acumen. Technology driven & Strategic Planning is the part and parcel of our job. Frequent travel at Job site & Client place as and when require.

Nothing to like about this company. I have joined passionately seeing the job description offered. But after joining the company, they have changed my job profile completely bcos procurement head decided suddenly during the course of interview, which was not informed. Senior managers are monopoly decision maker doesn't care about contractual employees and the job role given during interview. Politics is also fvrt part of senior management. Procurement head is most egoistic, fake and a liar person. So be careful before joining this department. Not sure about other department. HR acts as if they are trying to help you but not. They do not deserve a single rating. No job security for contractual employees. Be careful before joining.
