Many Poor Management, No appraisal no promotion for Third Party payroll. Low salary Do same work but my low No additional benefits discrimination between Third party payroll and confirm payroll. Same designation for life time

Work environment is good. All the staff are supportive. Company policy are good,appraisals are fair they give good hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There’s a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our problems career growth is slow.

No work life balance at all. You can be called anytime for any work. For small on site plants, you have to stay nearby the plant, and company will not even provide transportation . You cannot go home without managers permission. No concept of time. You have to be available always for the plant. Basically you dedicate yourself to linde.

Compensation is average, growth is slow. Work pressure is modest.
