Management lacks trust in its own employees, giving more weight to consultants opinions over internal expertise.
I think performance management is a very crucial thing for a hr and L1 managers to evaluate any employee’s performance. But sorry to say HR don’t have any knowledge of it, HR just a puppet of HODs.
During hiring time they don’t have any plan why they are hiring and what will be the future of that candidate they just hire and then transfer him/her to several departments without any planning.
Honestly say there are a ton of problems in this organisation. If Management can overcome it then it will be a great company. For that at first they need to finish the nepotism 🙂
A very poor & toxic work environment. HR manager is not aware of an employees KRA and randomly asks an employee to switch department. You will be hired for one job profile and end up working for other department. Appraisal chances are almost non happening & employees are asked do extensive travel.
