Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Dislikes

.... Vasa, Mr. Gunjan Poddar, both are the worst leaders I have ever worked with. They didn't pay my 3 months salary till 6 months after I had left. They were the cause of misery of hundreds of employees. They didn't pay salaries of a lot of employees even after 3 years now.
