...n juniors using their power of being superior. Politics are there in management. Merely i could say there was growth opportunities since company is more of self centric and did cost cutting part as well. It's said to be a corporate office but environment is like a fish market. I've met people their working die hard and got to know in some time later that they are needy people's. Not even a single person there is working being a growth oriented individual that exactly shows company is taking advantage of people's need moreover they force you go with over time and show up even on Indian holidays.

Cheater organization, doesn't even pay F&F dues to employees.. Absolutely pathetic, only join if you don't have any other organisation to work

No one seniors want to increase your salary, only they want you work from 7am-10pm. They can use you than through. Company told me to visit different city for work without saying any thing I Visited ther work hard without taking any accommodation again I told please increased my salary they told will try. Apart from company owner no one is good in this company all want to use you only no humanity there, all have experience to influence senior.

In limeroad we were bless to have such a cool CEO, she have create ameging work culture in and she has given so much freedom to get you task done in you way, in golden days of limeroad folks use to gather in meetings with beer and drinks.

Organization's culture was good but our immediate manager was terrible she was made our life miserable while we were giving our best our targets were over achieved but she use to start khit pit right from the morning till evening, if you are up to join sales team that I'll not suggest you to do that, rest all departments are good to work.

Forget your personal life. Company head (Suchi Mukherjee) is so arrogant and toxic that you never know when she will say fire this employee or fire that employee. The way she talk it looks like you are talking to some street vendor.
