Some of the doctors are very disrespectful towards staff nurses. There is no increment in the salary even after working for years altogether. Nurses opinions are disregarded even if they are right.

...ite and knowledgeable since they are being trained by one of the nations finest. The pay therefore is decent but since the area is expensive it can make a large impact on your salary making it seem low.

the house keeping department is really really bad almost like no one is monitoring it. and the rooms for residents should atleast have ventilation. the rooms have 1 window each all of which are sealed making fungus grow literally everywhere which they have to clean, which they donot clean until the next year.

Staffs are cooperative and helpful. Colleagues are very supportive.

Dislikes

1. Work environment is not at all good lot of politics take place there's no mental peace. 2. Senior dietician always push her dietician to give supplements to all the patients, irrespective of the food intake it's more like promoting brand rather than patient care. 3. Old book practices take place nothing new to learn or allowed to practice ( no new researches are applied or reviewed). 4. Calories and proteins are not calculated for ICU patient on NG/NJ feeds, only supplement is written with scoop size. 5. No salary increment and career growth.

There's is no appraisal given even after you complete 2 yrs,the senior Dietician's knowledge is not at all updated,doesnt teach well,all you learn from her is politics.The Dietician isn't respected well nor has the right to keep their word when it comes to patients ,it's based on the doctor's protocol.
