Nothing to like about the company.

Dislikes

Company is running in losses and there was no bonus or hike from last 2 years. Before 2 years also the hikes were very minimal like 5%. The HR is more like school monitors running around the office desks noting who talks on phone who went to rest rooms. Salaries are no where near to the industry standards. Forget about growth and promotions.

QA manager at chennai not supportive, does not know product and provide guidance. No hike, micro management, time tracking and losing trust. No work life balance. Expect more with no hike. Taking to team lunch will not change company moral of trust with employee and core value. CEO wants to come to office daily. HR given wrong promises while joining about company policy and changes policy work.

...this organization from last 2 years. I will say it's best company for employees. Salary not get late even for 1 day. Proper KT provided. Work hours are flexible. Most importantly no politics in this company.

Not supportive Manager, micromanagement of work, no work life balance, no hike, no job security, Manager expect more without knowing product or work but no compensation, only concerns.

Pros: - Compensation is good. - Company is growing exponentially. Cons: - Don't join if you are recruited for device protection team. You will hate yourself working with the so called non-resident Indians. I repeat don't join.

Dislikes

Although company is building its own product, there is huge difference bw onsite/offshore teams. The onsite team(majorly/completely Indians) behave as if the offshore people are just second class citizens. - Building an alexa skill is a next generation technology for them. - They use some AWS PaaS services and give a shout out like we have the capability of AI/ML place. - If any insider reading it, add a CQ gateway and you will be surprised. I saw the most dirty codebase is here.
