...ave my breakfast at the office. Second, helpful and very cooperative colleagues. Received the salary I demanded within 3-5 months of joining. Health insurance given when i became a permanent employee. The meeting i attended with the owner at different projects was something new and dropped me till my house once it was over.

Dislikes

Sometimes i have to stay back late if i have made some mistakes in the final submission but the company helps in ordering food for us to have as i had to stay back longer.

...sists all policies favouing company, not a single point in care for employee. Typical mentality, salary cut on small, small errors. Thats cost saving for owner. Office time :9-6, Boss shows up around 5-5.30pm pressuring all to extend till 7,8pm. No respect, no value for employee, what's matter is ego of owner. Seen elderly employees left company crying due to treatment here. Don't ever join.
