The organization is not meritocracy and promotions are laid out to people in Inner circle whether they are apt for the role or not. Do not take criticism very well. Super CEO influencing every facet of the organization No provision for work from home and very stringent with the 9 hour work policy HR is not skilled enough to manage this big an organization. Employee attrition rate is very high.
