The Management means if you have any issue and or you are in any problem like harassment and if you will told your problems to management then they will definitely give justice to you … They will terminate/Separate you as you are the reason Because you have given him chance to harass you. So they will also terminate you . So if you have to survive then you have to became mute if you are getting harass then don’t tell anybody other wise you will out of the office.

This is a very poor company there is no value of employees attraction rate is so high you can check with company data joining and leaving rate
