There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. I work with lifestyle last 5 year but I didn't get a promotion . because of my DM . he have personal issues with me, thats why he regularly point out me And shouting on me. And also in 2019 I gives talent segment (TS) and i top in my store in 4 people. My score is 60% and others score is less than me but his not give me for next round for one to one with area manager. He know about of my work and my capability to handling my team. But he have issues every time with me. After lockdown I realize he is politics with me and I cant get promotion in this company I left the job without a notice period, I doesn't see my future in this company. I thinking I lost my 5 years with this organization. Then I left job, HR gived me only 3k as a full and final. And 24k as a my gratuitie only. He not given me my earn leaves pay. It's my worth experience with lifestyle. And also I know I write this but doesn't change in management. Its only for formality. I write many times in employe server. But my manager sayed write with pencil not pen. Because he want to erase. That is all fake management in this company. Name - salim shaikh Emp id- 1053554 Thank you.

Leadership is not that good Culture & value are very disrespectful Compensation is very low compared to other competitors No work life balance Managers do not understand the employee safety and well beings Etc..

...t there especially it feels like a whole big family living and working together. the working environment was good, the salary was good everybody there is very welcoming and warm.

I worked at customer service desk and we have to standup and work for whole shift so that was little rough everything else was good.

Salary very low. Manpower very low due to this Lot of burdens on employees. 12 hrs shift is normal most of the days. Salary is very low. Seniors has no manners how to talk to employees. Rude behaviour.

Not respect for good and old employees Eg: Old employees(5yrs exp) & manager salary: 5,00,000 per annum New employee with 2,6 month experience salary: 5-6 lakh per annum
