As my per experience salary part is low compared to other organisations. But they eventually try to match.

It's good work place but Need Good management Experienced and Skilled supervisors and acms. Now all cashier model is came the billing team is new and weak The customers and So many times irritated late billing process so My idea is supervisers and acms also do billing in weekly three days...

...l be not approved for example election day I am going to my village with leave..they give loss of pay that.... Salary increment and growth too low... It's depends acms hands only not need work and talent.. They take too much beak times and they not support to csrs and cashiers in crowed situation.. HR is interested in entertainment activities..not at work till now we have no I'd cards..

I was join company 2011, that time store management was very good & company rules regulations was very good ,but last 2-3 year company motive only cost cutting very much Employee expense close by organization.in 2011 company give to Employee 1.overtime dinner allowance expense , 2.during sale company give to all Employee refreshments expense. 3 company give to all Employee straight shift allowance . 4 company give to traveling expense. 5 company spend very much during celebrate birthday party for all Employee every month. Now all allowance are close by organization

There is no future secure,because when you will old in this Company then company want to old Employee do resign and there is no respect for old Employee,bcz company don't want to give high package salary to old Employee.company preference fresher person hairs only in low package.rule and regulations is very strict it's like jail for ground level person like csr &sr csr

...some department and doing cost cutting and reduce employee from all department .it's shift work of finish depart and take more time in same salary .it's want to reduce employee so not increase salary and not giving promotion.

Enjoyed working with entire team from start to end. Training as such was getting evolved, Growth was reasonable, Salary was average market increase, Travel was limited based on need, Politics never got involved, huge learning, work environment was good , innovation lots of processes, work life balance was little difficult given the nature of deliverable.
