I get promotion from lifestyle to Home centre bt they are not change my Grade not increased my salary. Also there is 11 hours duty timeing. I didn't saw this kind off management at home centre.

Love the way the Hr trick new joiners with salary packages, where a great percentage is variable bonus. Only half of this bonus is given in last 4 years average. Basically what is promised as new salary is just a carrot you never get.

Newcomers were fired as soon as covid started.the company has little online presence so struggles with offline sales in lockdown scenario. Never recommend working here.

...e international Pvt Ltd..look at their HR in head office, extremely backward.. Waiting their salary only...how many times Customer yell..shout at store..ask me..!!!man power is very short..HR Deparment don't care these..look at ther product in store..worst pathetic n very expensive too....we did mamager role haha..but am CSR only l.. Ww need to search n find manager even store manager too...huh..!! If u want to work at Lifestyle..go for higher post like HR, president Or DGM or else..if u came as a CSR OR supervisor..they will tortured u... They r like king..who r working at headoffice..never concern on store issue.. N customer problem..we the staff n supervisor did only. Bad system lift not working, escalator not working..these is a concern too, head office..how the customer will shop ??, !!! Never care. There is big economy involve in product n system...many things to comment..let me end up here....
