Nothing. Applying for job in the Lifepoint hospital, Wakad was the worst decision of my life.

...pancy rate is hardly 20%. Administrator has no idea how to operate the hospital. They have 0% interest in quality service delivery and focus mostly on cost cutting. Job responsibilities and roles are not assigned as per the profile of the candidate.Poor decision making by top management. They are 30 directors and its very difficult to get everyone on the same page. Staff is not treated well by the administrator. If a staff is not well, they still expects from the staff to do his/her duty. There is no professionalism and no work culture. I am really disappointed with the hospital and i won’t recommend to anyone neither the patients nor the job seekers.
