Nothing. Applying for job in the Lifepoint hospital, Wakad was the worst decision of my life.

Dislikes

They say that they are 100 bedded hospital but the truth is hospital is 50 bedded and occupancy rate is hardly 20%. Administrator has no idea how to operate the hospital. They have 0% interest in quality service delivery and focus mostly on cost cutting. Job responsibilities and roles are not assigned as per the profile of the candidate.Poor decision making by top management. They are 30 directors and its very difficult to get everyone on the same page. Staff is not treated well by the administrator. If a staff is not well, they still expects from the staff to do his/her duty. There is no professionalism and no work culture. I am really disappointed with the hospital and i won’t recommend to anyone neither the patients nor the job seekers....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
