Salary Not Paid On Time. Dumb HR Department & Manager. No Culture & Understanding Of Business. No Competitive Advantage & Unique In Company. Only Copy Paste Other & Can't Implement That Also In Reality.

I do not like anything about this company. No culture, no clients reports on time, superiors leave job very frequently, no guidance for operation, test lists was not provided, reports delays but no one responds, clients used to shout on us.

Salary does not come on time, Apr salary releases on 25th May. There is no official portal for reporting. No work culture, no one knows who is handling what. Manager like Pravin Mahajan who did not know any thing. Verg biased company. No PF were provided. FNF is not settled for any of ex employee. I have reported to 4 managers in span of 2 years. Lab reports was not authentic by many clients complained. Area was not defined by organization, Kalyan guys can come to South Mumbai for B2B tie ups. HR was horrible there, Sanjay Upadhyay has own lab still he was with Lifenity as a consultants. Very pathetic. Dr Rachana Goragandhi is friend of top management then she does not do anything except gossiping. They have hold my FNF around 60 k since past 2 years and not releasing and reason was intentioned properly. Shameful

Pathetic work environment and culture. No proper facility in terms of business. Salary not credited on time. Isolated work stations. Managers and above designated employees are completely into scams and fraudsters. The HR team are brainless and indiscipline towards work ethics.
