Mentally harrasment by trustee. Give different different condition for survive in organisation other wise management answer is that goes those place which would you like. Senior position doing work like office boy. Bcoz they can't afford office boy.

nothing to like in this company worst and mentally torcher company and not giving last salary to any one and they are feeling proud of it

Company is worst and management don't give last month salary also management is more egoistic Also employee get mantel harassing from the owner. trusty & Account department for last full and final. I advice which employee had not received the last salary along with full and final payment till now have to lock complain in Labour commissioner office to get their salary and all the legal rightes.

...re management and accounting team was on their toes to work for their employees. No salary deduction, no delayed salaries. Everything was just smooth like nothing has happened. Most of the team member served his / her role risking their own lives. Dr Das stays available 24*7 to guide in any medical emergencies to any of his staff members or to their family members.

Dislikes

They have quit long routed permission systems which at times, lead to gap in communication. No casuals on Saturday. Since mostly all programs are being handled internally, it is much stressful during conferences & events.

... not be specific or closed but you will get to dabble in a plethora of things! Even during the lockdown, the management made sure that all employees did get work and timely salary every month! And if you are open enough and honest to your work and with the employers, they will even help you going out of the way or help you during your difficulties.! There are also periodic office parties and gatherings that allow employees to meet and interact in informal settings.

Dislikes

The work life balance gets a bit disturbed and you sometimes end you sacrificing your leaves, especially during the times when there is an important conference or event to be organized, but the teachings you receive from the time you invest more than make up for it. There sometimes is an increase in shouting in the office. If you are looking for a job that will be only for a fixed duration, will be very peaceful and monotonous, and a job that will not teach you anything new or exciting, then this is not the place for you!
