manager talks rudely or abuses to anyone in office, even in meetings, and cuts salary without any reason, if you ask, he tells any lie, the work load is too much and the manager tells you to go home and complete the task. manager has appointed his own informers due to which there is a lot of politics. manager gets Rs. 5,000 or 10,000 extra salary for his informers employee and takes that money himself after the salary is received.

Kuch case me employees ko 15000 salary offer ki jaati h but 5000 wapas mang liye jaate h . Jiska Koi Official records nhi hota h . Aur 11 employee ko 1.5 months Full Kaam krwa k Salary nhi diya tha . Late hone pe salary se 5 time Cut kiya jata h Bina bataye ki aap kitna late the koi pay slip nhi milti. 3 ) Lack Of Transparency and Documentation -- Long tenure k baad bhi , employees ko project documents ka absence feel hota kyu ki diya nhi jata. Jo kaam ko confusing and inefficient banata h . Employee ko Koi Job se related Documentation Provide nhi krte h . ( Experience letter , appointment letter , Pay Slip ) Employeer Kisi bhi tarah ka proper documentation provide nhi krta h , jisse employee ko uske roles and responsibilities ka pata nhi chlta . 4 ) Low Skill levels Among Staff -- Kaafi employees ke pass required skills nhi h lekin phirse bhi unse dusro ka work evaluate krne k liye kaha jata h , jo ki unke knowledge k bina hota h. 5 ) Unclear Project Goals aur investors Relation -- Company Me clear directions nhi h aur project goals bhi unclear nhi h jo investors ke saath transparency ko leker concerns raise krta h .

...ciate ur work , without any reason they will change design and blame u for this. if you 2 minutes late they will deduct 5x salary, alternative Saturday is off but they force you to come office. seniors are brutally targeted by manager without any reason. manager and they chatu employee have no sense about work and language. they abuse employees in office even in presence of girls.

...ever. The management has disrespectful attitude and communicates in rude manner. Salaries are always late, and if you are even a minute late, they deduct five times your salary. Some employees are only there for flattery, creating a toxic work environment. Overall, I do not recommended this company. Look for job elsewhere.

this company is an absolute nightmare to work for. The work environment at Life Layer Health Solution is beyond toxic. Management creates an atmosphere of constant stress and pressure for no valid reason, making it impossible to work without feeling suffocated. Epmloyees are treated horrible, and the worst part is that frequently withhold salaries without any explanation. You're expected to deal with an unbearable workload, and the leadership doesn't care about your well-being. They pile on work pressure with no consideration, making it a mentally exhausting place work. There's zero support or transparency from the higher-ups. I would never recommend working here unless you enjoy being overworked, underappreciated, and mistreated, Truly one of the worst companies I've encountered. Avoid at all costs!
